It seems the only room for advancing my career in my company is to move. There are management openings that I am qualified for, but not in Austin. It is pretty clear that a move like that would not be good for my family or my marriage, so here i stay. I am trying to wrap my head around being dispatcher-for-life and working every Saturday forever. Maybe I'll be able to, right now, not so much.
